You retain full ownership of all custom text entries, uploaded images, audio clips, and wheel configurations that you create on SpinWheel.
By sharing a wheel publicly or streaming in a Live Room, you grant SpinWheel a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and synchronize that content solely for delivering the requested functionality to your viewers.
You represent and warrant that your uploaded content does not infringe upon any third-party copyright, trademark, privacy, or proprietary rights.
6. Prohibited Activities & Infrastructure Protection
You agree not to use the Service to upload illegal, defamatory, hateful, or sexually explicit material; deploy viruses, bots, or malware; attempt unauthorized access to server infrastructure; overload or disrupt network availability; circumvent rate limits; or perform automated scraping that impairs Service performance.
7. Live Stream Rooms & Host Responsibilities
SpinWheel provides real-time synchronized rooms for multi-device live streaming. Room hosts are solely responsible for the conduct, content, and entries displayed within their broadcasted rooms and for sharing PIN codes or passwords appropriately.
8. Copyright Complaints (DMCA / IP Notices)
SpinWheel respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe any user-shared content on SpinWheel infringes your copyright or trademark, please submit a formal notice through our Contact Page with proof of ownership and identification of the content.
9. Third-Party Advertisements & Links
SpinWheel displays third-party advertisements (such as Google AdSense) and may include external links. We do not endorse or assume liability for third-party products, services, privacy practices, or website content.
